Domestic

All domestic orders come with free shipping. Since all of our jewelry is handmade and custom fit, we cannot guarantee a ship date. Please allow for a 1-4 week window depending on what you order. If you are ordering something as a gift, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to have your merchandise in your hands on time. If the item you request happens to be in stock, it will ship within 3 days of your order.

We ship your order when all pieces have been crafted, but if you want partial shipments, please let us know in the "Order Notes" section and we will be in contact with you. 

 

International

Customers will be held responsible for the payment of any extra duties or taxes paid on merchandise imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or concerns during your time shopping with us, please contact us at paolo@paolousa.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Returns

Generally speaking, we do not offer refunds on our products as they are made-to-order. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you receive, you may be able to receive store credit for your item as compensation. In these cases, shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Some items are not eligible for returns, please contact us for more information.

It is required that the shipment has proper packaging and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for any merchandise that has been damaged or lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you are completely unsatisfied with your merchandise, you may be eligible to exchange it for a piece or equal value within 7 (seven) days from the date of your purchase, or pick-up, whichever is the latter. If you are shipping your merchandise to us, ensure that the proper precautions have been taken while packaging it and that the proper insurance has been taken on the package as we cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
